TV tuner doesn't work with kernels > 2.6.14

Hi

I have following card:

And following settings in modprobe.conf:

This card worked very well for years. Then came kernel 2.6.15. On this
kernel tuner just don't tune anything. If I boot 2.6.14 and set some
channel, I will not be able to select different channel after reboot
with 2.6.15 kernel. If I powercycle and boot into 2.6.16 I will have
static instead of TV.

I don't know what kind of info can be helpful so pleas ask. For now,
here comes part of kernel log from attempt to change channel (2.6.16 -

This message is suspicious to me - but I see no option on tuner module
to set tuner type directly - I pass it to the bttv module. And I don't
change anything for kernel 2.6.14 where it works.
