Hello all,
here is the camera inf as promised.
I bought two of them of ebay (for $9 or so):
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=330252392293&ssPageName=STRK:MEWN:IT&ih=014
the brand is 'dragonext' shows up as a sonix cam (in windows) and
lsusb says:
Bus 002 Device 003: ID 0c45:6143 Microdia
Bus 004 Device 006: ID 0c45:6143 Microdia
This is what shows up in the .inf file for my cam:
%USBPCamV2Desc% = SN.PCamV2,USB\VID_0c45&PID_6143 ; SN9C120B + SP80708
This is what I 'added' to gspca_core.c to make mine work:
case 0x6143:
spca50x->desc = Pccam168;
spca50x->bridge = BRIDGE_SN9CXXX;
spca50x->sensor = SENSOR_MI0360;
spca50x->customid = SN9C120;
spca50x->i2c_ctrl_reg = 0x81;
spca50x->i2c_base = 0x5d;
break;
(I know it's ugly and far from ideal, but I have them somewhat working)
I attached an image from the inside of the cam, for those that would
like to see it.
thanks,
Ron
