Hi Aitor!, 
have you already tested the patch?. The driver its almost finished, is just
lacking some of the "effects features", that could be made by software too.
If you need, Jef already patched gspcav2

Try to test it and tell me if it worked for you, maybe you have a different
sensor. Test it with luvcview or amsn at first.
The mic should be "loaded" by another driver module ( usb-audio/usbaudio ).
