***BOGO*** Failed auth loggin

I've been looking through the documentation/list and haven't found anything directly on this subject.  It's possible that I'm just not looking in the right place.
 
I would like to log all failed authentications to the server.  It would be nice to be able to log the attempted user name, host, date/time.  Is there anything like this already in MySQL?
