Very true. The upside is, your post got me to check the bug tracker
and I've just made the fix to those two functions and the other
Increment* ones that were affected.

If anyone would be so kind as to do additional verification of the fix
(i did verify compilation, gcc 4.2.1-sjlj, and a small example with
InterlockedIncrement) it would be helpful.
