Got it. If I actually define _WIN32_WINNT=0x0502 myself (which I
should've done to begin with) it links. I had thought declaring
OpenThread would've been enough but I guess there's something else
_WIN32_WINNT changes that affects how it links somewhere, I don't
know. But it compiles, links, and runs fine now.
