Hi Greg,
Are you working in an MSYS shell but using a non-MSYS make?
Hm, good question. I don´t know, which make was running. I have seen that there are make.exe in the MSYS and the mingw32 directories. How can I see which one is running?
I´m working with an MSYS shell. Typing "make --version" I get:
$ make --version
GNU Make 3.80

I´ve done a mistake. One make.exe was not in \mingw32 but in C:\Programme\Dev-Cpp\bin. I have renamed it to xx_make.exe and started make again in MSYS shell. Now it´s running. Fl.H was found.
Typing "make --version" I get now:
$ make --version
GNU Make version 3.79.1, by Richard Stallman and Roland McGrath.
