And that link may be seen on the page referred to by the OP; it is in 
the fairly obvious `MSYS Base System --> Current Release: MSYS-1.0.10' 
package.  I guess the OP was too lazy to expand the package view, to be 
able to see the MSYS-1.0.10.exe file listed there.
