***BOGO*** [kde] mouse scrolling in kde4 fedora 9

the right edge of my trackpad in thinkpad is configured for
scrolling.. how do i change it to the left edge?

also the bottom edge of my trackpad is for Navigation forward and
backward. How do I disable this?
