It is possible that it can't find it.  KDE no longer supplies that MIME 
type.  I found this out when I installed from SVN.

For it to work for me, I had to install the XDG MIME package:

	shared-mime-info

So, the question is what Mandriva did about this, and that is a distro 
question.
