Not to be rude, but since you mentioned it....Is she a programmer?  Did you do 
a FC8->FC9 upgrade?  Or did you do the upgrade for her.   Is she a 
one-app-at-a-time kind of person who doesn't know any better?      Or when 
she encounters legitimate bugs do you tell her: "I know a six year old who
can run this software day-in and day-out!" ?
