***BOGO*** [kde] unlinking selinux with kdelibs

[tyche@xxxxxxx]

have been trying to compile kde 3.x on a pretty plain fedora 2 installation. 
arts installs no problem. selinux is not installed on this machine. i do not 
like the program, so dont use it. if it was installed, it would be disabled.

is there someway around using it?
