***BOGO*** [kde-linux] KONQUEROR - edit konqueror right click

I can't figure out how to configure konqueror's right click.  I found a
bunch of sites on how to add actions to a right click but I'm trying to
lock down the filemanager and would like to remove right click actions
like go-up or move to.
