Konqueror and Dolphin in KDE 4 use 1:1 the same code for service menus. Each service menu that is available by Konqueror is also shown by Dolphin. Dolphin is not capable yet for integrating "menu-plugins", but this will be fixed in KDE 4.2.

Dolphin did not replace Konqueror, both appliciations are available in parallel aiming for different target user groups. For more info please check:
