And that's actually unexpected as in OpenOffice.org, MS Word, IE's 
contenteditable etc. you can insert a line break with Shift+Enter, whereas 
Enter inserts a new paragraph.

QTextEdit should be fixed. I consider Ctrl+Enter submitting the form/dialog to 
be expected behaviour.
