But that clause is a part of LGPL-2, it doesn't say
that it applies only to the case when you have
"LGPL-2 or later". So you can take LGPL-2 (not
"or later") code and release it under GPL-3, while
you can't do that with GPL-2-not-or-later code.
Isn't it funny?
