***BOGO*** amd64 package on i386

I'm runnig testing for i386 and recently have installed
xen-linux-system from stable; the problem is that the kernel installed
for xen doesn't show the flags for HVM virtualization. The processor
is an AthlonXP X2 64bits, and I have verified that the svm flags are
present with amd64 kernels.
I want help on installing a package
(xen-linux-system-2.6.18-xen-amd64) only available in amd64, on a
running i386 debian.
Is this possible? Or should I have to install debian-amd64 from scratch?
